In partnership with some local county law libraries, LSNM provides people who represent themselves help completing court forms. An attorney can help fill out the following types of forms: marriage dissolution (divorce), child support, landlord/tenant, wage claims, garnishment, expungement, custody/parenting time, OFP/HRO, eviction, debt collection, conciliation court and child support. Learn about documents that can help with advanced planning, namely Powers of Attorney and Health Care Directives. “Advance directives” can ease the challenges of age, help prevent abuse, and relieve families from making impossible decisions for you.  This event is free and open to the public.
