Help with pro se (do it yourself) forms are available at the following locations. An attorney will help you for free. No appointment is necessary. The attorney can help with the following types of forms: Divorce, child support, landlord/tenant, wage claims, garnishment, expungement, custody/parenting time, OFP/HRO, Eviction, Debt Collection, conciliation court and child support.

In partnership with the Clay County Law Library, LSNM provides self-help services two hours per week.  This services is available to individuals representing themselves in non-criminal matters in Clay County.  Anyone can use this service.  There are no asset or income eligibility requirements and no appointments are necessary.

Every Thursday from 9:30 -11:30 a.m.
